Who do we collect your personal information from?

How do we protect your information?
We will take reasonable steps to keep your personal information is safe from loss, unauthorised activity, or other misuse. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
Our courses and Website is hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (Thinkific). Thinkific provides the online course creation platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data is stored through Thinkific’s data storage, databases and the general Thinkific application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. How do you process payments?
If you make a purchase on our Website, we use a third party payment processor called Stripe. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). In particular, your credit card information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements.
Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
Do we use cookies?
Yes - Cookies are small files that our Website or our service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser (if you allow this) that enables our Website or service providers systems to recognise your browser and capture and remember certain information.

How can you access/amend your personal information?

Before you exercise this right, we will need evidence to confirm that you are the individual to whom the personal information relates.
You may also amend your personal information associated with your account by updating your account details.
If you request access to, or a copy of, your personal information, we will provide you with a copy of the personal information we keep about you.
